As his professional practice grew, Dr. Abhishek Pratap Singh established INDRAPRASTH SPINE MANUAL THERAPY CENTRE in 2014 at 1, Siri Fort Road, New Delhi. The two centres continue to be central to his professional work.

A major achievement associated with his professional journey is his work in conservative spine management. Dr. Abhishek Pratap Singh has avoided more than 7,000 surgeries and treated more than 20,000 patients over the course of his professional career.

His journey has been accompanied by recognition for both clinical and social contributions. In 2008, he received the Samaj Ratna Sammaan from Jan Sanskriti Lok Seva Sanstha, New Delhi, for his contribution to social service.

In 2016, he received the Significant Contribution Award from INCPT, AIIMS and was recognised as Best Physiotherapist Doctor in Delhi – 2016 by former Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan.

The following year, Indraprasth Physiotherapy Centre was recognised as the Best Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre in Delhi at the National Quality Excellence Awards.
